Based on what Borussia Dortmund coach Marco Rose said after last night’s loss to Rangers, Erling Haaland also wants to miss this Sunday’s game against Gladbach.

Borussia Dortmund coach Marco Rose provided an injury update on Erling Haaland following yesterday’s 2-4 Europa League play-off defeat against Rangers.
Haaland has missed Dortmund’s last three games due to a muscle injury and is set to miss out on Sunday’s Bundesliga clash with Gladbach as well, with BVB head coach Marco Rose admitting he’s unsure if the striker will be fit in time for the reverse fixture against Rangers next week.
Asked if he believes Haaland will be available for the trip to Scotland in a week’s time, Rose told reporters:
“I can’t say that yet. Yesterday he participated in training, but just a small part.
“There’s still a few days to go, but he hasn’t played for quite a while. It’s a difficult story so I have no idea, I can’t tell you.
“Of course this situation is difficult.”
