Niko Gießelmann’s contract with Union Berlin has been extended by a further season, according to Kicker.
The 30-year-old’s deal, which was due to expire at the end of the season, has automatically been extended until 2023, per the German football magazine.

He made the switch from the German capital from Fortuna Düsseldorf on a free transfer in 2020.
