As reported by RMCPSG president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi is in no rush to extend Paris Italian midfielder Marco Verratti’s contract with the club.
Having become wearier of players’ expiring contracts of late, the club have already made an effort to extend Marquinhos’ current deal which runs out in 2024 in a bid to keep other prospective clubs at arm’s length.
But the 29-year-old Verratti, who would be 32 by the end of his current deal in 2024, has apparently already decided he wants to stay in Paris, the outlet say, even if discussions about a new deal have been deemed “not relevant” at this point by the club.
